Hi, my name is Damon Snyder. I became involved in real estate back in 2009 by purchasing single family rental homes. My passion for real estate led me to obtaining my real estate license. I'm not your typical real estate agent/broker. I bring a wide spectrum of knowledge to the buying and selling of residential real estate. My goal will always be to get you the best outcome whenever you're buying or selling a home. For sellers, my goal is to net you the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of problems. For buyers, my goal is to find you the right home, at the best price, with the least amount of problems.

My background before becoming a sales agent sets me apart from 90% of the other agents. First, I hold a bachelor degree from Washburn University. I've obtained a degree in Business Administration that gives me an advantage over the typical agent when it comes to sales, economics, marketing on the micro and macro level, financing, and much more. Buying and selling a home is a business transaction and its to your advantage to hire an agent that has a business background. Secondly, I have a background in sales and advertising. Prior to becoming an agent I was employed in different sales positions at some big companies including US Bank, Cox Communications, and AT&T. At AT&T I was with the advertising division in sales. I was trained in SEO and SEM to help websites and information be found easier online. I had to become Google Adwords Certified. Most agents do not have experience with advertising. When selling a home advertising is very important. When your home is properly advertised and marketed it will sale faster and at a price closer to asking. To capture different demographics of individuals you have to market and advertise strategically to reach those target audiences. To reach a millennial maybe we advertise and market more through social media. To reach a baby boomer maybe we advertise more through some different print media. Having a real estate agent/broker with a background in advertising is essential.

Last, as I mentioned I'm an active real estate investor that lives and breathes real estate daily. Besides buying properties myself I have some different investors I work with and I'm constantly keeping up with the local economy, local trends, pricing, current housing inventory, etc.

Feel free to call, text, or email with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you on what ever your real estate needs might be.
